Awning operator

I have an awning windoow operator that broke. It says Roto on it. As you can see in the picture the black plastic piece broke so it no longer holds the arm on that side. Please let me know if this is something you carry and what the cost is. Thanks! Shipping would be to 59718.

Just to add, the width of the arms when folded is 13.75" and the width of the housing where it slides in to seat in the window is just shy of 5" This does not seem to match anything I'm seeing on your site.

Hello, Sally. I'm having a bit of a hard time finding this one, too. Please give us a little time to research this and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, might it be possible to see that black slider from a couple more angles? I'm not familiar with the design and I'd like a better idea of how it works.
