Awning operator arms

Hello. We have the same issue (3) broken handles. Do you measure the arms as close as possible in the retract position? I measured at 22 1/2 inches.

Hello,

Our closest options to the operator shown in your photos would be the 39-070. With that being said, the arm position is a contributing factor. Take a look at our photo below, which shows the arms just shy of fully retracted, to see how your arms compare when in the same position. Thanks for posting.
