Awning operator replacement

Question

Hi, I believe I need 39&ndash;348 based on the attached photos and the width of 24 inches. Two of the screws lineup roughly 2 inches apart, but I can't see the other two screws because they may be hidden by the arms. Can you confirm that they are about 4 1/4 inches apart? It also appears that I need to buy a cover and handle. Can you please confirm. Thanks!
