Awning operator and handle replacement

Question

Seems like the model for this awning operator is 39-393? I do need to remove them and get the measurement to be sure.
Which handle will go with this?
Also, do I need to replace the bracket? How do I know if the bracket needed to be replaced?

Thank you for contacting us. The 39-393 operator indeed looks like a match. For the handle, see the 39-232 which is sold separately. We recommend you compare our specifications shown below with yours to confirm everything aligns.

The compatible brackets this operator uses are the 39-340 and 39-424. The bracket looks like the 39-424 but yours is screwed in differently. It looks like whoever installed this part made their own installation holes on either side of the bracket. The 39-340 is closer to the way your old one mounts but I can't say for certain which style of bracket would be best.

You can re-use your old one if it's in good shape. I recommend you inspect the bracket for any signs of wear or damage.
