I measured and this is what I have for the existing measurements, as follows:
From hole to hole top to bottom is 5 1/4"
The distance between the 2 holes at the bottom are 1 3/8"
The inner diameter hole is 3/8"
The little arm from the existing crank appears to be 3 1/2" (this was harder to measure as it is attached).

We can probably supply a replacement for this awning window operator, but we need a bit more information. Can you first show me a picture of the link arm? That is an essential detail that we can use to identify the best possible match.
