Awning style window, Anderson part

A home owner from Duluth mn says:
Need the crank and whole component for Anderson window. Arms measure approx 9 inches out, then 3 3/4 inch arms and the one 13 inch arm that connects the arms.

Thanks for posting! I believe you have an older style operator that is no longer available. Instead, take a look at our 39-206. Andersen recommends this operator as a replacement for the older version.

A home owner from Duluth mn says:
Would this substitute install the same way as the old one? What is the difference between the two parts? Thank you

It mounts on the sill more or less the same way, though you may need to drill new holes. The arm that fits to the sash is shorter on ours, so that will likely also require new holes so you can remount your receiving brackets. When drilling into the sash, you have to make sure not to hit the glass. Make sure your new holes are level with the old holes.
