Awning window

Question

Hello I am trying to help a friend replace a lock on a window that has zero brand identification. It's a center crank awning window I don't have the dimensions handy but I'm looking for someone who might know where I could find a similar lock to replace this one that we had to break off to access. It was frozen in the locked position.
