I'm afraid that I don't recognize this operator. Based on the age of the window, this is likely way too old for us to find a good match, but we can do our best to find a substitute.
I'm just not sure how it works, exactly. It looks like your operator is still connected to a significant part of the window frame. Would you be able to remove that and show us what the complete operator mechanism looks like by itself?
