Need replacement crank part

I am afraid when that gear comes out with the handle, it means the entire awning operator has broken down and must be replaced. We can help with this, but I need to see the operator out of the window, with a clear photo from its rear so I can discern the hole pattern on its top and bottom tabs. A clear photo of its link arm, with the hole at the end, would also be most helpful. From there we'll do our best to find a new operator for you.

So I was able to get I out and tape the window shut for now. Here are some photos of the mechanism. If there is anything else let me know how I can help
