Awning window

Question

I had tile work done and the workers removed and by mistake threw away the operating mechanism to my awning window.  Are replacement parts  universal in style and size?

Thanks for posting. Awning operator replacement parts are very, very specific and even minor differences make a huge difference is recommending the correct replacement. They are not universal.

Without the originals to use as a reference, it will not be possible to recommend a replacement. If you happen to have an identical window that uses the same hardware, that will help greatly to put us in the right direction for a part recommendation.
