Help with identifying type of window or parts required. What is the white strip on the outside called? Photo from outside is of neighbors window which should be the same as mine. My window is leaking from the top left corner and I am trying to troubleshoot so any identifying parts would be useful. I will let you know more details if needed

Hello!

I'm not sure what white strip you're referring to. Are you looking for glazing? If so, we would need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile.

Hi sorry, what is the gray fuzzy part lining the inside of the window? I would like to identify that part.

Hi actually, what is the white rubber strip on the very top of the open window called? Is it a rubber seal?

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, as Emily mentioned above, we would need to see an end profile photo of the seal removed from the sash frame to determine the type of seal and if we carry a possible replacement. The gray, fuzzy part that you mentioned sounds like wool pile, which you can view here.
