Need help finding replacement awning window assembly. When folded in the closed position arms measure 24 5/8 inches.

Thanks for posting! Your awning operator reminds me of the 39-348 Sill Mounted Awning Operator. To confirm that this is the right replacement, be sure to double check the wingspan measurement of the arms.

This looks to be the correct part. The part is 24" between holes like the recommended pare.
