Awning window broken handle

Question

I've read that a replacement window mechanism is required.  You have some labeled as 20 1/4" and 23 1/4" models.  What, exactly is being measured?

The length of the arms is being measured as shown in the diagrams below. Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-037, 39-069 or 39-070 operators. The window will need to be opened to compare the style and dimensions to confirm a good fit. Take a look and let us know what you think!
