Awning window crank

A home owner from Naples, Florida says:
This controller will not hold the window completely shut. When attempting to close it requires 2 people, one outside pushing it in. However, it then pops open enough to catch the wind. The handle comes out bringing the screw part of the controller with it. What would my replacement be? It is not attached to the window by a screw, as your video demonstrated for replacing.

A home owner from Naples, Florida says:
The arm length from the center of the holes is 25/8". The controller has had 3 screws holding it in in the past. The distance from the centrr of the top screw to the middle of the bottom screw is 5"".

I can't get a good look at your operator's hole placements, but take a look at our 39-259. This could be the one you're looking for, just make sure to match up our dimensions to your operator.
