This looks like our 39-083 to me. Look over the dimensions to confirm this matches what you need.

I don't see many dimensions in the listing only overall arm width. My old unit looks to be 5in wide, 7/8 high and 2 1/2 deep , with screw holes 2 in centers. Does this match up?
Also need to order the crank handle separately?

Let me clarify. Our operator's 'wingspan' of 21-1/2", as listed in the pictures is the critical dimension to check here. Otherwise, I'm confident this is our best match for you. Yes, the crank handle is sold separately--see our 39-114L or a folding version, the 39-205.
