Awning window crank, control arm bottom window

A handy person from Baltimore, OH says:

This is a picture of my left hand crank that needs to be replaced. The control arm pictured goes to the bottom window. The upper window control arms connect through threaded plastic hook pieces. I need to replace both styles. My rivets appear to be larger than in your photos. I need your expert advice.

These photos show unbroken ends of upper window control arm.

Thanks for submitting your photos and inquiry to us. I see that you have an older Crossly awning window. Perhaps our 39-055 can be used as a replacement. For your nylon pieces, I believe you may be looking for are our 36-009 hook set. See if our 36-010 vent hook with springs and 36-011 locking spring guide are compatible with yours. You will need to drill out your old rivets and use the new rivets that come with the kit. These rivets are made to install the new nylon pieces on the Crossly vent bar. Look over everything mentioned and let us know if you have any further questions.
