Actually looking for the inserted nut that holds the crank auger screw in the cranking mechanism. Sorry for the lack of correct terms.

The part you're referring to is called the worm gear and, unfortunately, this cannot be repaired or replaced. When the worm gear comes out, it means the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. Start by taking a look at our 39-083, 39-140 or 39-143 operators and compare our dimensions to yours to see if any match what you need.
