This Awning Operator might be our 39-025, 39-061, 39-194 or perhaps the 39-278 or 39-350. I can't narrow it down further without seeing the link arm fully out of the window as well. Its style should narrow this down for you. See the video below for removing and replacing awning operators.

See the 39-025 and 39-026. Look over the dimensions we list just to confirm that this set matches your old operator.
