Awning window crank won't close. Need replacement. Tell me which to order.

Right side crank device won't close. I see no markings. Attached on inside with 2 bottom screws and a screw on the top.

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we need to see the back of the operator as well, so we can clearly see the link arm as well as the hole at the end of it, and the overall hole pattern on the top and bottom of the operator. If you could remove the operator from the window and show us this view, that would be a great help. For information on how to remove and replace the awning operators, see the video below.

I will be back there in 2 weeks. So stay tuned. Duct tape is holding the window closed for now. Once we identify the part, how long would it take to get after ordering?

Once we identify the part and give you our recommendation, you can begin to view our shipping options directly on our website and decide on the one that best suits you. There a variety to choose from depending on how fast you're looking to receive your shipment.

Here are some follow up photos. I need this part fairly soon, so if you could let me know what to order ASAP, that would be awesome. Thanks!

Thanks for the new photos. I'm afraid these pictures don't show us the link arm, though. That's the little arm on the pivot that is currently still attached to the window in your photos.

You could start by looking at our 39-025 and 39-026. These looks similar to the rest of your operator, but you'd have to check to make sure your link arm style matches up.
