Awning window opener

I added two photos one of the opener and the other showing the hole locations on the window. The numbers I sent in my previous email is from the old handle. When I bought new handles the holes didn't align and that's why I need the exact model number as I have now.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see the arms that come out of the back of your operator that opens and closes the window. Also, please provide us with the dimensions of your mounting holes to compare to our selection and make sure that they match up. Thank you!

Unfortunately, these photos do not show us everything that we need to see. If you can show us the arms once the entire operator is removed, that should be enough for us to go off of.

Perfect! I've related a few similar operators for you to compare but I would start with our 39-012 and carefully compare the dimensions to yours to see if this might be the operator you're looking for.

From what l can tell l need to purchase 5 (white) openers of number 39-278. How do l purchase them?
