Awning window operator

The crank does not close window. It will open but it skips, when taking the piece out that I'm holding in photos it appears damaged. Can you replace that piece I'm holding or do you need replace entire operator? Which swisco part would replace this ? The operator arms are approximately 11.5 inches

Thanks for posting! What you're holding is called a worm gear. I'm afraid it can't be replaced or repaired in any way, so you'll need an all new operator. I recommend our 39-348. Look it over and let me know what you think.

The 39-348 is compatible with our 39-114L handle, or the 39-205 if you want it to fold.
