Awning window operator

Question

Left arm is stamped truth 40011, right arm 40012. Looks like I will have to remove the wood over the mechanism to access the screws mounting the mechanism to the sill. Looking at product code 39-348. Is that correct? Will I also need the operator cover 39-107?

Hello,

I agree that your operator resembles the 39-348 as long as the dimensions below match up to yours but the sill trim will need to be removed if you're unable to access the screws. We also offer the 36-078 shoe studs used with this assembly. The operator comes with the cover attached and is not compatible with the 39-107. Thanks for posting.
