Thank you

Hello,

I'd recommend starting by checking to see if your screws or the "threads" in the window are stripped. If it is the screws, you'll need to bring one to a local hardware store to purchase new screws. If it is threads in the window, try using a threaded nut similar to the 33-205 (10-24 screw thread).

If your window is having trouble operating, try operating the window manually with the operator removed. While the operator is removed from the window, try turning the crank handle to see if the operator gears may be worn. If so, we'll need to see the entire assembly, including the arms, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thank you very much!  I ordered some of these.  I tried firmly holding the crank assembly to the window frame and it cranks just fine.
Locking is another issue though...

If you're unable to lock the window, we would need to see photos of the original lock assembly uninstalled to compare to our inventory as well.
