Awning window operator

Question

Do you have a replacement for this operator? The current one Will open but won't close all the way. Seems gear inside is stripped.

We might be able to help, but your style is a bit old. If we can supply this then our part may not install the same way. To confirm, can you remove yours from the window and show me a photo of the link arm? That is a very important detail and will allow us to determine if we have a working option.
