Awning window operator

Question

Need help replacing some left and right awning window operators. : Height is 5 1/4", the arm is 2 1/4", and bottom mounting holes is approximately 1 1/8". All the measurements were taken from center hole to center hole. The crank still opens the window without any problems but closing it, is where the issue lies. The crank just keeps spinning like it's stripped, and the corkscrew has broken off. Is it possible to replace or fix the corkscrew without replacing the entire awning operator? Also, just like 39-026, mine has notch in the arm. Does that notch serve any purpose? Will the more common awning operators without the notch, still work with my windows? I am looking at 39-026 for right side but do you guys offer a matching left operator? I took the measurements off the left side and didn't bother to measure the right awning operator. I am assuming that the measurements are identical, since this is a matching, side by side pair, as shown in the first pic. Thanks for your help.

I am afraid when these individual components break down, its a sign the entire operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. This certainly looks like the 39-026 and its opposite-handed counterpart, the 39-025. Just double-check all the dimensions to confirm. That notch in the link arm doesn't necessarily make a huge difference--not as much as the overall hole pattern--but it is a sign, along with all the other dimensions, that this is the awning operator pair you need.
