Awning window operator

Hi, I need help finding replacement part for an awning window operator. The # on the one of the arms is S-1081-62. The window is an Eagle Low-E4 272. I have included the measurements of the arms in one of the pictures. The collapsed length is about 21.5".

Hello, Eric. I'm sorry to say that we don't have an exact match for this operator. The closest option we have is our 39-083. This works the same way but the base is a different design. I can't predict whether it will work with your existing sill trim. To be honest, I'm not optimistic that it will, but we don't have anything else.

Hi thanks for that information. Can you specify which window bracket goes with this? I believe this is called the sash bracket.

Sure, your old one appears to be a match for the 39-170.

Sorry my question was a bit unclear. My question is does 39-083 operator work with my old bracket the attaches the arm to the window which I believe you have identified as 39-170.

The 39-083 operator and 39-170 bracket are specifically designed to work together. If your bracket is a match for the 39-170, and I think it is, then I see no reason why it won't work with the 39-083.

Hi Tom,
I might give it a shot and order it and we'll see if it fits. I can't find any other company that makes anything close, unless you have suggestions on where I might look alternatively online.

Hey, Eric. I'm not sure who may still carry your original operator anymore. All I can tell you is that we don't have an exact match. The 39-083 is our best option but I can't guarantee that it will work. For peace of mind, you can see our return policy here.
