Awning window operator

Question

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for three of these as they no longer work (the handle won't engage once installed and just falls out). There are no visible part numbers just the name of the company that installed the sunroom where the windows are - Four Season Sunrooms. I tried contacting them but they haven't responded.

I recognize this operator but, unfortunately, it is a very old model that is no longer made. I'm not sure when it was discontinued but it was years ago and I'm not sure who may still have this. I'm sorry that we won't be able to supply a replacement for you.
