Awning window operator

Question

Right handed operator. 5and1/4 inch top to bottom center of holes. 2 and3/4 inch between holes on extension bar   hole in extension 3/8 inch diameter.  extension bar has number A18 stamped in it. Inside housing has 0404 stamped inside. Bottom holes are 1 inch center to center  guy at hardware told me he thought it looked like new err operator
