Awning window operator

A handy person from Meriden, CT says:

Molded into the bottom of the housing are the following: PAT. NO. 198202 U.S. and below that 2 R.H. RD. 1963 CAN.

Distance from top screw hole to bottom screw hole: 5 1/4".

Distance between bottom holes: 1 1/8"

Length of operator link from joint to window (center of post to center of post): 2 9/16"

Windows were installed in the early 1980's and were "Silver-Loc Aluminum Awning Windows", manufactured by Silver Line, Kenilworth, NJ.

Windows currently cannot be closed and locked. Handle and worm back out when window is still open one or two inches.

Thanks for posting! Your old operator looks similar to our 39-025 and 39-026. The hole dimensions seem to all match up and the arm is a similar design; your arm is a little longer but that shouldn't matter in the long run. Look it over and see what you think!
