Awning window operator

Question

I can not find the same operator anywhere online. The Operator cover and latch handles all say Vent A Wall. They all have the stripes shown iny hand and few of the pics. House was built in the late 60's I believe. Trying to save the windows and get them moving again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
