12" arm length on each. Housing is 7 3/4 wide. holes are on 6 and 7 inch centers. 24 3/4" wide fully extended wide. Inside housing says USA on one side and on the other side uk pat and 2135397.

Thanks for posting! Your awning window operator reminds me of our 39-312 Truth Pivot Shoe, Roto Arm Operator. This operator has 11" Arms. I would suggest double checking the dimensions from your operator to confirm that this is the right fit. This is the closest match we have to your existing hardware.
