Awning window operator

Question

Hi there the plastic slider on my condo window operator has broken. I believe it is a Truth Encore model based on photos but the single arm is only 6" long. I see you have the plastic slider piece by itself but it looks to have been riveted on so not sure if I could cut off the rivet and replace with a screw??

Happy to replace entire operator if you have a suitable replacement. Color is gray or "clay" I believe.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what you may have from these photos. Can you show us a photo of the whole operator in one shot? Could we also see a close-up photo of the plastic slider at the end of the arm?
