Hello,
I'm having an issue where the gear worm pops out when we try to close the window. From other forums, my understanding is that we will need to replace the entire operator. If that's the case, can you help identify what operator we need to buy? Please let me know what measurements or additional photos might be needed. Thank you,

Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not carry a match for your awning operator. The only similar part we offer would be the 39-379 skylight operator, but it is much larger than your assembly and would require extensive alterations to the window sill to install it. Even then, we can't make any guarantee,s but review the specifications below and see what you think. Thanks for posting.
