Can you please let me know what part I need to buy to replace this awning window operator? The internal gears are stripped and I cannot close the window completely.

Your awning window operator appears to be a match for the 39-433C Encore Narrow Awning Operator. The cover and handle are sold separately, so you'll also need either the 39-375 (folding) or 39-451 cover and handle kits.
The bracket is likely to be a match for the 39-433B Truth Maxim Narrow Awning Operator Bracket.
