Awning window operator

Question

I am trying to buy the right replacement part for an awning window operator. The crank opens the windows but does not close them. (It does not appear to be connecting in the direction to close.) The windows bear the name

It's hard to see which operator you need by these photos. It's best to completely remove the operator from the window. That said, take a look at 39-025 and see how well it compares to your hardware.
