Awning window operators

Home Owner from Massapequa, NY
Hi there,
Recent home buyer here. I'm looking to replace two awning window operators that appear to have broken. The windows do not shut unless pushed from the outside. When you turn the crank, you can still push them open, but when you turn the crank to close it, the crank and screw inside begin to separate from the unit. I tried to get some measurements of the operator in there. The base of the handle is 5" long. The window itself is 40" long. I tried to snap a photo of the operator arms as close to the "closed" position as possible as you can hopefully see in the attachments. I measured that at 21" with some room to go to fully close. I'd love to order replacement parts for the two windows experiencing this problem from you and I look forward to your reply.
Thank you!

Take a look at our 39-083 to start. Carefully look over the dimensions and see if this matches what you need. For a new crank handle see the 39-114L
