Hello,
I believe you're correct and the parts in your photos are from an older Pella window. Unfortunately, we do not carry this part and I'm not sure it is still available. You would need to check with a Pella dealer to confirm.
The only thing we carry close to this is the 39-370. Take a look and see if you could adapt this part to your window.
