Awning window pivot shoe window operator.

A home owner from Hawaii says:

I need to replace this part but do not know manufacturer and there are no markings, numbers, or other identifiers. Window w/operator was installed in new house 11 years ago. Pivot shoes are welded on but one has broken off. Arms fully extended reach app. 15". One picture shows operator track at bottom of window. Others show attached pivot shoe, operator w/one shoe on and one shoe off, and inside handle.
