Awning window replacement

I need to replace one group of awning windows. The hand crank doesn't work and I need to replace both slides. Do you have replacement parts for these?

Thank you for writing in your question. You mention that your crank is not working. If that in fact is the case, we will need to see photos of the complete operator. We will not be able to supply replacement parts for the linkage. Once we see your complete operator, we will search for possible replacement options.

I'm afraid that we couldn't find anything quite like this. Could you perhaps use something like our 39-346? Look over our dimensions and let me know what you think.
