Awning window replacement actuator

Question

I would like the replacement part for the awning window shown in the pictures. I am unable to locate a manufacturer of the window or any identifying marks. The actuator pictured has the number 8 and 0 stamped on the connecting arm. The rivet for the connecting at has the number 19 stamped in it. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
