For A Window Wizard 23" x 28" awning window with 16-1/8" Truth operator with numbers 31109 & 31110 on the arms

Hello there. This looks a bit like the 39-140 Awning Operator, which has a wingspan of 16". See below and let me know if this matches what you have, or if it in fact differs. For a crank handle, see the 39-114L.
