Awning window replacement part

Question

I'm renovating a bathroom and someone has stripped the inside cylinder if the locking mechanism. I think it's best to just replace the whole thing. The window itself is in good shape and it's on the second floor , stucco exterior.
It's a small window, do you have a suggestion for which item I should purchase? Thx Edward

We can definitely help, yes. This operator looks like a match for our 39-140. Just make sure the "elbow to elbow" measurement is the same at 16". If yours is different, let me know and I can find something better.
