Screen frame is 1/2 inch thick in depth
Frame is 3/4 inch all the way around on top and bottom and left and right side.

Locking pin overall length 1 1/2 inch
Extruding about 1/4 inch
Spring travel about 1/4 inch
Pin locking diameter 1/8 inch
Locking pin 20 1/2 inch from bottom
Lock-in hole in side of house is 5/16 inch

What parts would I need to build this screen if I can not buy one already made?

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement screens, only repair parts. We'd be happy to look into your replacement options but we would need to see clear photos of each part that you need removed from the frame to get started.
