Attached are images of the types of (common area) windows that we have at Ascension.

Ascension Manor II was built in 1978 and according to the spec book is supposed to have EFCO projected type S-110 or approved equivalent windows.

I need to have the plastic slider guides (I think that

It's hard to tell what you have based on these pictures. We would need to see the parts removed from the window in order to get a better look at them. Your pressure shoe could be the 37-012, but I'm not sure. Take a look and see what you think.
