Thanks for reaching out to us. To remove the torque bar and arms, you will need to disconnect the operator from the window first. Then remove the screws that secure the nylon bearings at the end of the torque bar and any screws that are attached to the arms. With the screws removed, you will need to pull out the bar from both ends. Try using some spray lubricant to help with the repair.
