Thanks for posting! Based on the description of your balance, it appears you have either our S380-24 or our S385-24 channel balance with a 2340 stamp. To confirm which replacement you need, confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe; it should either be 1" or 1-3/32".

If your balances differ in design from either of these, I'll need to see a photo of your balances removed from the window. I'll specifically need to see both the top and bottom plastic attachments.
