BALANCE HELP

A home owner from Pembroke Pines says:
I found the following two parts for my windows: 27" Series 377 Channel Balance & Take Out Clip I need the plastic clips that are screwed on the window sides which are broken on my window, these plastic clips stop the "channel balance" from coming off, I can't find those on your web site, can I send you a picture of those, if so which email I can use to send the picture.

Thank you
Shuaib
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Casey from SWISCO responded:
Hi, You might have SWISCO part number 18-042, top sash guide set, if you have the Series 377, window balance. If they differ, please send us a photo with a few measurements, we would be happy to research it for you. You can add photos to your reply post.
