Can you send us some photos of the parts you are looking to have replaced? Having the measurements and dimensions also would be very helpful.

yes, but I will have to remove the window, and won't be able to do that until tomorrow. I will send.

This coil balance pivot is our 15-087, with two upper 15-086 tandem coil housings. They look fine. It must be the Series 180 coil springs inside that are broken. You will need to remove them, open the nylon housings to get the spring weight numbers your sash is using. The number on the coil tells you which spring in the Series is the right one for you.
