Normally the Series 795 27" has a stamp option that starts with the number 27

If you are sure that you have series 795 please remove the window sash and place it on a scale. We need the weight of the window sash in pounds to determine the proper stamp option.

If you are not sure of your series selection, please send us detailed photos with measurements for us to research.

I believe I have a S-795 channel balance, length 27" metal end to metal end. The stamp on the sample balance is 26-5 BSI. In your chart above for the stamp choices the options are ALL 27a, b, c, d. Which option should I choose for my balance stamped 26-5 for a 27" S-795? Thank you.
