BB740 window parts

A quick learner says:
I have a broken pivot shoe which has a black cam
meas. 1 15/16 x 3/8 x 15/16. Would I use
pn 15-045? And can I test a spiral balance to see if is still good. On the side with the broken pivot shoe the tip is recessed inside the tube. The spiral balance is 30"x 5/8".
Should I replace both spiral balances and pivot shoes. The tip is green and the sash weight is 29 to 30 pounds.

I agree, the 15-045 looks like a great match, especially if the size is the same.

You may not need new balances. If you think their springs are failing then you can always charge them with a tool like our 75-006. The video below will go into more detail as to how you can do this.
